Are certificates accepted for HSWA compliance in NZ?
Yes. Civil App certificates include a unique verification code, completion date, and course details. They are designed to meet evidence requirements under HSWA 2015 and WHS Act 2011 for worker training records.
Can I access courses from my phone on site?
Yes. Civil App is fully mobile-responsive. Complete lessons, run your daily safety record, and download your certificate from any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.
How long do I have access after purchasing?
Lifetime access. Once you purchase a course, it's yours forever — including any future content updates to that course.
Can I upgrade from individual to a company plan?
Yes. Email civilbesafe@gmail.com with your current account email and we'll transfer your access and apply a credit for any recent course purchases.
Is the Daily Safety Record tool available for free?
Yes — it's included free with any individual course purchase. Solo contractors can run unlimited daily pre-start meetings and download PDF records at no extra cost.
